The saying goes…. “You can have it all! Anything you set your mind to there is always a way!”

That was not said by a MOM!

We are all wired differently. I struggle everyday to find who, what and where I belong in this

“MOM LIFE”

Scenario 1: Loving every moment of being a stay at home mom and raising your child!

Scenario 2: Loving your child while working the career you worked so hard for and trusting another to love and care for your child!

Scenario 1 & 2 BOTH EQUALLY SUCK!

You are scrutinized for either, whichever you may choose neither one will be good enough for anyone!

We as females are not only shamed but we are sexualized to provide for our home, birth children and raise them at home yet shamed for not providing any income for the home!

Most of us are shamed by outsider point of views, whether it’s other moms, our parents or better yet other moms who we call “friends” sometimes…. Those stab harder than any knife!

All while we are supposed to have beautiful bodies and please our husbands.

This is not a REALISTIC.

The fight women have hidden inside… the strongest man would breakdown into tears!

What makes us happy?

What gives us any justification that we are still human, seem strong and just someone our daughters can relate or look up to!

We struggle to find words to describe how we love our children and wish so much more we want for them!

All I know to say….

“I HOPE YOU DANCE!”

Dance the feeling of being less than, dance the feeling of regret and fear away while ignoring every inner thought or others ignorance of what you should be!

You will at times feel alone and not always feel like getting out of bed to fight all the battles that hold you down!

Just know this feeling is in every mother working or stay at home!

To you my daughters….

I promise to hold your hair back as you scream, support you along every decision you choose and ultimately be your biggest cheerleader! Never let a man tell you that you are anything less than perfect in every way because you completely are! Hold your head high and face those other Moms with strength and know I love you more than all the stars in the sky and all the fish in the sea!

You are doing AMAZING!

NO MATTER WHAT ROAD YOU TAKE!

Make the best of what life throws at you and choose the best for you to grow old with!

(I sure as hell know I did!)

Love yourself and those who matter won’t mind and those that do don’t matter!
